A Training Passport is the digital record of a Team Member's progression on a position. Each position you create in OneClick has a corresponding Passport that auto-creates with the Position; the Passport contains the items that prove competence (sliders, checkmarks, signatures, photos) and the rating that gates Auto Schedule placement.
When you create a Training Position in OneClick, the matching Training Passport is created automatically. You do NOT need to create the Passport separately. This is a frequent setup confusion because the older help articles suggested otherwise. The product behavior is correct; the help articles are being updated.
Below 3 stars: not qualified for Auto Schedule placement. 3.0-3.9: qualified. 4.0-4.7: above average, can train others. 4.8-5.0: super star. The four-tier system is a coaching language: "she's a 3, let's get her to a 4 by next month."
No. The CFA®-required brand-standard training still happens. A Training Passport captures store-specific competence (your iPOS, your Drive-Thru cockpit, your peaks) and translates it into a number Leaders use during shifts. The two complement each other.
Three conditions: every Passport item at 100%, a rating entered, and the rating at or above 3.0 stars. The stamp marks the Team Member as fully qualified for the position. Auto Schedule places them there going forward without coaching prompts.
Yes, on the Mobile Dashboard. They see every position they've been placed on, the items they've checked off, the rating, and the tier. The same data the Leader sees, framed for the Team Member's growth view.
Setup: 5 minutes per position when added to the Passport list. Day-to-day: the Leader checks items as the Team Member demonstrates them on shift. Most Team Members complete a Passport across 2-3 shifts of supervised practice.
