OneClickApp “Day in the Life”
Photo, Video, and Media Release & Contest Terms

By submitting a video or other media to the OneClickApp “Day in the Life” campaign (the “Submission”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

You grant OneClickApp, LLC permission to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise utilize your name, image, likeness, voice, and any submitted video, photographs, written materials, or audio-visual recordings (collectively, the “Materials”).

You understand and agree that the Materials, in whole or in part, may be used for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, digital, print, social media, and public broadcast purposes, in any medium now known or later developed.

You acknowledge that the Materials may be edited, copied, excerpted, combined with other content, published, exhibited, distributed, sold, or otherwise used at the sole discretion of OneClickApp, LLC. OneClickApp, LLC will be mindful of the Chick-fil-A^® brand and reserves the right to edit, exclude, or remove any content that, in its reasonable judgment, could reflect negatively on the brand.

There is no time limit on the validity of this release, and there are no geographic restrictions on where the Materials may be used or distributed.

By submitting Materials, you grant OneClickApp, LLC, including its employees, agents, licensees, successors, assigns, and approved third-party partners, an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copyright, publish, sell, distribute, and promote the Materials without compensation or further approval.

Participation in this campaign is voluntary. You may choose not to submit Materials or may withdraw your submission by notifying OneClickApp, LLC in writing no later than March 9, 2026. Requests received after this date may not be honored.

You acknowledge that you understand the nature of your participation and assume all responsibility for any risks associated with your involvement, whether legal, physical, or mental. You release and hold harmless OneClickApp, LLC, its representatives, and your Chick-fil-A^® restaurant team from any claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of the Materials.

By submitting Materials, you represent and warrant that:

You are 18 years of age or older
You are legally authorized to submit the Materials
Any individuals appearing in the Materials have provided consent
The Materials do not infringe upon the rights of any third party

Submission of Materials constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Materials or their use and release all claims against any person or organization using the Materials for any lawful purpose.
