First 90 Days on OneClick

Written by the OneClick Team | Dec 5, 2025 2:00:00 PM

The 90-day arc is roughly the same across the 200+ stores we have onboarded in the past three years. Here is the timeline.

Days 1-7: setup and training

Day 1: 60-minute setup call. We import HotSchedules, build your Day Part Layouts, create your Training Positions. Days 2-7: your Director and Leaders learn the product. We run a 30-minute training for the Director and a 20-minute training for each Leader.

Days 8-30: rating sprint

Your Leaders enter ratings during shifts. By day 30, you should have a rating on every Team Member for every position they regularly work. This is the heaviest data-entry period.

Day 30: pilot review

We sit down with you and show the labor and coaching gains we measured during the pilot. You decide whether to continue.

Days 31-60: discipline phase

Auto Schedule starts running daily. The Director's morning routine collapses. Most Operators report 1-2 hours per day of Director time recovered.

Days 61-90: dashboards mature

The Operational Intelligence dashboards start showing real patterns. Labor variance signals become actionable. Most Operators see 4-8% labor optimization in this window.

Frequently asked questions.

Can I run the 30-day pilot without a long-term commitment?

Yes. The pilot is the first 30 days, no commitment beyond that month. If OneClick does not deliver measurable Director time recovery and labor savings during the pilot, you walk away with no charges. Most Operators continue.

What does the day-1 setup look like?

60-minute setup call. Your dedicated Operator Success Manager imports HotSchedules, builds your Day Part Layouts from your existing whiteboards, creates your Training Positions, and schedules the Director and Leader trainings for the rest of week 1.

Who needs to be in the trainings?

Your Director (30 minutes), every Leader (20 minutes each, can be in groups). Team Members do not need a training; the Mobile Dashboard is opt-in and self-service when they're ready.

What changes at day 30 vs day 60 vs day 90?

Day 30: pilot review, Director time savings visible. Day 60: Auto Schedule running daily, labor variance signals stable. Day 90: Operational Intelligence dashboards mature; Operators typically see 4–8% labor optimization compounding over the next 12 months.
