Access the OneClick Academy

At a glance
Open the OneClick Academy from the profile menu, choose a course that matches your role, and start learning on your own schedule. Trainer permissions or higher are required by default.
Before you start
You need Trainer permissions or higher to see the Academy menu item. If you do not have access but want to join, a leader with Edit permissions can add Trainer to your role, or you can contact OneClick Support directly.
Completing a full course takes time; the Key Leaders course in particular is dense and workbook-backed. Plan for multiple sessions rather than trying to finish in one sitting.
Steps
Open the Academy
- Sign in to your OneClick account.
- Tap your profile icon at the bottom left of any screen.
- Tap Academy. The Academy home screen opens.
- Tap Courses at the top of the Academy page.
Pick and start a course
- On the Courses page, browse the available learning paths: Key Leaders, Shift Leaders, Trainers, Administrator, Accountability, or Operator once released.
- Use the filter tabs to narrow the view: All, Assigned, In progress, or Completed.
- Tap a course card to open it.
- Begin the first module.
Pursue Champion certification (optional)
If you are taking the Key Leaders course and want to pursue Certified OneClick Champion status:
- Complete every module of the Key Leaders course, using the workbook alongside the interactive content.
- When all modules are done, take the Stage 3: Champion Assessment.
- On passing, OneClick sends your framed certificate, social media badge, and Community invitation.
Resume later
Your progress auto-saves as you move through modules. Close the app and come back; the In progress filter on the Courses page surfaces where you left off.
Common gotchas
Academy is not visible in your profile menu. Your role does not have Trainer permissions checked. Ask a leader with Edit permissions to add Trainer, or contact OneClick Support to request Academy access directly.
Progress does not save. The Academy requires an online connection during the course. A dropped connection mid-module can prevent the auto-save; if a module seems to reset, check your internet connection before retrying.
Spanish course progress does not roll up to the English course. The Spanish and English versions are separate learning paths. If you start in one language and want to switch, expect to restart the course in the new language.
The Champion certificate ships as a physical item. Passing the Stage 3 Assessment triggers a printed, framed certificate to your storefront, which takes time to arrive. The social media badge and Community invite are delivered digitally and arrive much faster.
