Download the OneClick App
Type: How-To Module: Sign-In (bonus) Template: v0.5
At a glance
OneClick runs natively on iOS and Android, and in any modern web browser. Download the native app from the App Store or Google Play for day-to-day floor use, or bookmark the web version at https://login.oneclickapp.com for quick browser access from desktop or unmanaged devices.
Before you start
You do not need a OneClick account to download the app. You do need one to sign in after installing; see Sign In to OneClick for first-time sign-in.
Native app
Two install paths:
QR code: OneClickApp.com displays a "OneClick Login" QR code on the Download the OneClick App help page. Scan it with your phone camera; it opens the right app store for your device automatically.
Direct store link:
- iOS: App Store, search "OneClickApp."
- Android: Google Play, search "OneClickApp."
After install, open the app and tap Login to begin first-time sign-in.
Web version
The OneClick web app is functionally identical to the native app. Use it when any of the following apply:
- The store iPad has not been issued yet and you need OneClick running on a personal device without an install.
- You are working from a back-office desktop or laptop.
- A managed device policy prevents App Store or Play Store installs.
To use the web version:
- Open any modern browser on the device.
- Navigate to
https://login.oneclickapp.com. - Sign in with your OneClick credentials.
- Bookmark the page so you do not have to retype the URL next time.
Common gotchas
The QR code scan opens an unrelated page. Scan with a camera-based QR reader, not a barcode scanner app. Modern phone cameras recognize the QR code natively without needing a third-party app.
Push notifications do not arrive in the web version. Push relies on the native app's system integration. For notification-dependent features (break alerts, infraction threshold notifications, Chat), install the native app.
Store iPads running an old OneClick build. The native app auto-updates through the App Store or Play Store, but some stores have auto-update disabled on managed devices. If the app looks out of date compared to what is documented, check for updates manually.
"Back to App" link points at a different app. If you are reading this article on the OneClickApp.com website and the Back to App link behaves unexpectedly, sign out of any non-OneClick browser session and retry. The link uses your current browser session to route correctly.
