Understand the OneClick Academy

At a glance
The OneClick Academy is an on-demand learning system that helps leaders and trainers master OneClick at their own pace. It bundles role-specific interactive courses, a workbook-backed Key Leaders course, and the Certified OneClick Champion assessment into one in-app experience.
Before you start
By default, Trainer permissions or higher grant access to the Academy. If you do not have access but want to join, a leader with Edit permissions can add the Trainer role, or you can contact OneClick Support directly.
Why use the Academy
Every OneClick feature works better when the person running it understands the options. The Academy compresses the learning curve: instead of discovering features one support ticket at a time, a leader completes a role-specific course and walks onto the floor already fluent. That translates into fewer support tickets, faster team member onboarding, and a clearer picture of which features your store should turn on next.
Courses
The Academy ships with six courses organized around the roles in a typical restaurant.

Courses are also available in Spanish (Líderes Clave, Líderes de Turno) as separate learning paths, selectable via the Español filter on the Courses page.
Certified OneClick Champion program
The Key Leaders course culminates in the Stage 3: Champion Assessment. Passing certifies the leader as an OneClick Certified Champion and unlocks a set of in-store and community benefits:
- A printed, framed, and signed certificate for the storefront
- A social media badge to share with the leader's network
- In-store Guru status; the Champion becomes the go-to expert for any OneClick question
- Reduced confusion across the team, since someone in the store can always answer a feature question
- Membership in the OneClick Community
- Monthly virtual Champion events for networking, Q&A, feedback, and conversation
The Champion program is designed to build a sustainable in-house knowledge base that does not depend on OneClick Support for day-to-day questions.
Access path
The Academy sits under the profile menu. Tap your profile icon at the bottom left of any OneClick screen, then tap Academy. At the Academy home, tap Courses at the top. The Courses page shows every available learning path with filter tabs for All, Assigned, In progress, and Completed.
Common gotchas
Trainer is the minimum permission by default. A Team Member account cannot open the Academy. If a team member is preparing to step into a Trainer role, a leader with Edit permissions must check the Trainer role first.
Course progress is per account, not per store. If a leader moves to a different store within the same organization and their OneClick account follows, their course progress follows with them.
The Spanish courses are distinct learning paths, not on-the-fly translations of the English courses. Pick the language at the learning-path selector; do not expect language to swap inside an active course.
Operator course is not live yet. The Operator card shows "Coming Soon" in the current release. Operators can take the Key Leaders course in the meantime, which covers the full feature set.
