View a Team Member's Passport Progress
At a glance
Viewing a team member's passport progress shows where they stand across every position they are training for. Use it to gauge readiness for a next shift, prepare for a coaching conversation, identify training gaps, or spot team members close to stamping. The Passports tab on a team member's profile is the single place to see this.
Before you start
- You need a role with permission to view team member passports. [VERIFY: exact permission label.]
- Know which team member you want to review.
- Estimated time: under one minute per team member.
Steps
- Select Team from the left navigation menu and open the team member's profile.
- Click the Passports tab in the profile's tab bar. The tab shows every passport relevant to this team member as a row.
- Read the progress bar color on each row. Empty or light gray means not started. Blue or partial color means started but not yet stamped. Full green means stamped and certified.
- Check the Rating value on the right side of each row. Zero means no rating has been entered. A number such as 4.3 means the team member has been rated at that level on this passport.
- Read the Started and Completed dates below each row title. Started shows when the passport was initiated. Completed shows when it was stamped. A Started date with no Completed date means the passport is in progress.
- Read the Last Activity on the right if shown. This is the timestamp of the most recent interaction (item completion, rating, edit).
- You should now have a clear picture of the team member's training status. Use this context to decide where to focus coaching, which passports to rate next, and which team members are ready to stamp.

Common gotchas
A passport I expected is missing from the list. The list shows every passport defined for the store, but each team member can only have a passport row for positions the store's passport definitions cover. If the passport is missing, either the definition has not been created or it has been deactivated under Manage Passports.
The progress bar color looks different from what I remember. Color meanings are standard: empty or light gray = not started, blue or partial fill = in progress, green = stamped. If a bar looks unusual, hover or tap it for a tooltip, or open the passport to see the detail.
The Rating shows a number but no Completed date. This means the team member has a rating recorded but the passport has not been stamped. Open the passport to see why (items incomplete, rating below 3.0, or not yet stamped).
The Rating is 0 but I know I rated this team member. Ratings are per position. If you rated on the Ratings tab for a different position, that rating does not transfer to this passport. Confirm you rated inside the correct passport context.
