If your store is already on OneClick, your subscription stays exactly as it is. We do not auto-migrate existing customers to new pricing. Your terms are your terms.

Talk to your Operator Success Manager. Flagship is a relationship move, not a self-serve checkout. Your OSM walks you through the sensor pilot deployment, the Council fit conversation, and the renewal timing. Most Premium-to-Flagship moves happen at annual renewal so the sensor pilot ships at the same time the new tier takes effect.

Month-to-month is the default. Two prepay discounts for Operators who want predictability:
Cancel any time. Monthly customers stop billing at the end of the current month. Quarterly prepay keeps full access through the end of the prepaid quarter; that quarter is non-refundable. Annual prepay customers can cancel mid-term and receive a refund of unused months minus a $399 onboarding fee. We waive that fee when OneClick has not delivered on what we committed to during onboarding.

No. We do not charge an upfront implementation fee. Onboarding, OAP, Director and Leader training, and the 30-day pilot review are all included with your subscription.
Yes. At your annual renewal, your CSM will walk through whether the tier you are on still fits, and whether moving up or down makes sense. We won’t auto-shift you mid-contract.
