Switching

You're on VSBL or Nation App. Here's what changes.

Both products solve a slice of the operating problem. OneClick replaces them and adds the Operator dashboard, the labor variance signal, and the CFA-specific training model.

OneClick
Why Operators switch

Built around how a Chick-fil-A® store actually runs.

Most workforce-management tools are designed for restaurants generally. OneClick is built specifically for the way Chick-fil-A® Operators run a store: three-layer leadership, Day Parts, the training rating model, and the operating cadence every CFA store shares.

👥

Three-layer leadership

Operator, Director, and Leaders each see the view that matches their job. Same data, three views.

Day Parts as the core unit

Most tools schedule by day or week. OneClick schedules by Day Part, the operating unit Chick-fil-A® stores actually run on.

🎗

Training-rated placement

Training Passports, four-tier ratings, Speed Rating. The training and placement model in software, not a notebook.

📊

Built for the Operator's seat

Labor variance signal, weekly one-pager, multi-store rollup. The dashboards your Director would build by hand.

📱

Mobile-first for shift

Break Manager, Speed Rating, the Prompts panel. Built for the phone in the Director's apron.

CFA

Built by people who have run the shift

The product team meets with three Operators every week to test features against real shifts.

Migration

Switching takes one week.

1

Day 1: setup call

60-minute call. We import your HotSchedules feed, build your Day Part layouts, create your Training Positions.

2

Days 2-5: shadow

You run both tools side-by-side for one week. We train your Director and Leaders. We answer real-time questions on a dedicated chat.

3

Day 8: cutover

You stop using the old tool. The OneClick app is the source of truth. Cancel your VSBL or Nation App subscription.

Frequently asked questions about switching to OneClick.

How long does it take to switch from VSBL or Nation App to OneClick?

Most stores complete the full migration in 30 days. Week 1 is data export and OneClick setup; weeks 2-3 are a parallel-run period where Leaders use both tools; week 4 is the cutover. The 30-day pilot lets you validate the labor savings before committing.

Will I lose my training data when I switch?

No. We import your existing training records and ratings into OneClick during setup. If your current tool does not export ratings (most do not), we ingest them via a guided 30-minute import session with your Director.

Can I run my current tool and OneClick in parallel?

Yes. Most Operators run parallel for 2-3 weeks during cutover. That gives your Leaders time to learn OneClick on the floor without losing the safety net of the old tool. After cutover, you typically cancel the old tool the next billing cycle.

What does my Director have to learn?

30-minute training. We run it remotely with your Director (and any Leaders who want to join) during week 1 of the switch. The product is built so the Director's morning routine collapses; most Directors are productive on OneClick within the first two shifts.

Do I need to retrain my Team Members?

Team Members do not interact with OneClick directly during their shift. They see their position assignments on the existing roster. The only Team-Member-facing surface is the Mobile Dashboard, which is opt-in and used for self-tracking ratings and Passport progression.

Is there a switching fee or migration cost?

No migration fee. Setup is included in the standard subscription price. The 30-day pilot is risk-free; if OneClick does not deliver measurable Director time recovery in the first 30 days, you walk away with no charges.
