Q is in real stores now, being tested by pilot Operators. Every store gets ready the same way: upload your sales history to OneClick SYNC. About ten minutes now, sharper forecasts from day one.

Q does not guess from averages. It learns your store's rhythm from your actual sales, in fifteen-minute increments.
The more history you load, the faster Q gets useful. Go back as far as your reports allow. It does not hurt to add more.
SYNC is live in your OneClick today. Load your history now and your store is ready the day Q reaches you.
Three steps, about ten minutes. You need a computer and your Chick-fil-A® Home login.
Export your 15-minute sales report. The file downloads as a CSV named 15MIN_SALES.csv. Choose the longest date range you can. Years of history is great. You can export multiple files to cover different periods.
Upload the file exactly as it downloads. Do not open or edit it in Excel first.
Log in to OneClick on your computer, then click your avatar in the bottom-left corner and choose OneClick SYNC. Go to the Upload Sales Data tab, click Choose File, select your CSV, and click Upload.
Uploading more than one file? Repeat for each. They stitch together automatically.
After the upload processes, check the Data Overview on the same screen. Total Records and Date Range should match what you uploaded. That is it. Your store is Q-ready.
Built so you cannot break anything.
Q is rolling out store by store. Add your store to the waitlist and we will reach out as Q expands.
Your OneClick contact will walk you through it in about five minutes. Or reach us at support@oneclickapp.com and we will get you sorted.
