The problem

Patterns are invisible until they cost you a Team Member.

One late arrival is nothing. Three late arrivals in two weeks is a pattern. Your Director will not see that pattern from the schedule. Your Leader will mention it casually in a shift huddle, the third time it happens, after the Team Member has already developed a reputation that is hard to recover from.

This is not because anyone is doing their job badly. It is because the data is in five places: HotSchedules, the whiteboard, a text thread, the morning huddle notes, and the Director's memory.

The fix

One ledger. Patterns that surface themselves.

Every infraction (late arrival, no-call no-show, uniform violation, customer complaint) is logged in OneClick from the Team Member profile. The Director's dashboard shows the ledger at the Team Member level and the pattern level. "Three lates in two weeks" or "two no-calls this month" surfaces as a coaching prompt.

The 1:1 conversation moves from "I think you've been late a few times" to "you were late on April 12, April 19, and April 26. What's going on?"

Coaching prompts

The system flags what to coach on, before the issue compounds.

!

Three lates in 14 days

Surfaces as a coaching prompt. The Director sees it on the morning dashboard, can address it that day.

!

Rating drop > 0.5

If a Team Member's rating on a position drops by more than half a star in a 30-day window, OneClick flags it for review.

!

Missed Passport stamp

A Team Member who has been on a position 8+ times without a Passport stamp gets surfaced as "ready to be evaluated."

Frequently asked questions.

Are infractions visible to the Team Member?

Configurable. Most Operators choose to make infractions visible to the Team Member after a coaching conversation. The data layer supports both modes.

Does this replace HR documentation?

No. OneClick is not an HRIS. We integrate with the documentation system you use today. We provide the ledger and the coaching prompt; HR documentation lives where it lives.

What about positive recognition?

Same system. Add a "spot recognition" entry the same way you add an infraction. The patterns surface "5 spot recognitions in 30 days" as a coaching prompt for promotion conversations.

Coach from a ledger, not from memory.
