Connect Vendor Bridge
Sends your team schedule and roster from CFA Home to OneClick automatically. Two stages. Both are required.

Stage 1 of 2
Authorize OneClick in Vendor Bridge (CFA Home side)
- Sign in to CFA Home.
- Navigate to Reports & Tools, then Vendor Bridge.
- Tap Explore All Vendors. Find the OneClickApp vendor card.
- Tap Connect on the OneClickApp card.
- In the Add Data Integration dialog, tap Continue.
- Review the agreement. Scroll all the way to the bottom. The Next button stays disabled until you do. Tap Next.
- Enter your name in the signature field and tap I Accept.
- Confirm OneClickApp is now listed under My Vendors.
Don’t stop here. Stage 1 only authorizes the connection on the CFA side. Stage 2 completes it from the OneClick side. Skipping Stage 2 is the most common reason the connection doesn’t work.

Authenticate with CFA Home from OneClick
- Go to the OneClick integration page. The link is provided at the end of the Vendor Bridge completion flow. You can also find it inside OneClick at Settings → Vendors.
- Tap Authenticate with CFA Home.
- Sign in with your CFA Home credentials.
- Wait for the loading spinner to finish.
Multi-store operators: you only need to do this once. Your approval applies to every store connected to your operator account.
Confirm the connection
Open OneClick on any device and check the Vendor Bridge banner at the top of the Shifts screen.
Green banner: connection complete, data is flowing.
Yellow banner: something is unfinished. Stage 2 is the most common cause. Retrace the steps above.

Log into OneClick
Your account is being set up. You’ll get an email from our team with your login link.

- Check your inbox for an email from team@oneclickapp.com. It includes your login link and temporary credentials. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
- Click the link in the email to set your password.
- Log in at login.oneclickapp.com.
- On first login you’ll be prompted to select your store. Enter your CFA Store Number.
- Complete your profile setup: name, phone number, and notification preferences.
What you’ll see on Day 1: Your store comes pre-loaded with starter checklists, infraction types, and vendor placeholders so you can start customizing right away. No blank room.
